I’m so excited to share with you my brand new headshots! I can not begin to tell you how amazing it was to work with Jess. Selecting a photographer is not easy, you really need to dig in and decide what you are looking for in yourself & what you want to project before you can even begin to choose a photographer. I broke it down like a Final 4 bracket system & Jess kept coming out on top, so much so, that if I wasn’t able to shoot with her, I was willing to scrap the whole project to a later date. I wanted a photographer & a partner - someone who was going to help me project the best parts of me. I knew to expect amazing shots….what I didn’t expect was an amazing team.
The whole process is an incredible collaboration! Lauren, the Studio Manager, was responsive, knowledgeable & unbelievably helpful. I did use the HMU option, which I would highly recommend regardless of the photographer used. They are experts in their field, they know exactly how the photographer shoots & can create your HMU look accordingly. They also work with the photographer on what features to highlight. It costs a little more, but so worth it to not have to worry about it on shoot day plus I know I’m getting someone the photographer completely trusts. Now on to Jess! What can I say?!? These photos absolutely speak for themselves. Not only were you open & warm, but funny & extremely easy to work with.
Jess and I bonded over watching the same shows & even traded some good ones to watch! She is also always eager to hear what you’re up to and is genuinely interested in you & your path. In the beginning, I got an incredible headshot photographer, in the end, I got a friend….
